Vinyasa with Nadia

A vigorous flowing class with roots in the Ashtanga vinyasa tradition, which emphasizes the relationship between breath and movement. A typical class will included sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and basic inversions. Arm balances and backbends may be added when appropriate.
